Box lunches are $7 per person. Please sign up by Monday, October 26. Payment will be collected separately. Submit a separate form for each person.
Choose Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese, Roast Beef & Cheese, or Vegetarian (hummus, roasted red pepper and cucumber). All sandwiches are served on Sara Lee 9-grain bread.
Each box includes Lay’s classic potato chips, an apple, a small container of potato salad, 12-oz Poland Spring water, mayo and mustard packets, a napkin and a small plate. Tomato, onion and lettuce/spinach will be available separately.
